10 Year Old Oregonian Steps up Against Plastics!
No commentsIt’s not too often that a child makes a huge impact in the reusable bag world but lately we have found one who is really out there making a difference! We recently stumbled across Lilyana from Josephine county Oregon. Her and her classmates ages 5-11 have recently started a group called H.O.P.E. Its stands for “Healing Our Plastic Earth.” This new group of CHILDREN have a cause and the cause is to educate adults about the dangers of plastic bags and plastics in general.
“We want adults to know what using plastic is doing to the earth especially the ocean! We hope to take on other plastic issues in the future like plastic water bottles, etc.” says Lily.
To top it off Lily and her friends from H.O.P.E have even made a great video! Check it out! we are very impressed!
