Santa Barbara Aims at Bagging Bags!

In an effort to educate the public about the dangers of using single use plastic and paper shopping bags the city of Santa Barbara in association with Choose to Reuse and the California Grocers Association have joined together to create the Where’s Your Bag? campaign.  This campaign seeks to educate the people in the city about the dangers of the bags and help enlighten and engage people to remember to bring their own bag when they are shopping in markets and stores.

This move now puts the city of Santa Barbara on the top shelf with cities like Malibu and San Francisco and moves them up to Elite status in our eyes!
